Let’s get started;

Step 1

Wash all your vegetables including ginger and garlic, then dice them into tiny fine pieces and set aside. Pour your vegetable oil (or any oil you are using) into a non-stick wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add your already chopped chicken pieces to the oil seasoned lightly with salt pepper, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes on a medium-low heat. When it turns a bit brownish, pack it and set aside.

Step 3

On the same skillet, add some oil again increase the heat to medium-high heat, and add in your vegetables (Peas, carrots, and green onions) sauté for 1 minute. Then go in with your ginger and garlic and sauté for another extra 1 minute.

Step 4

When your vegetables are soft and tender, slide them to one side and pour in your beaten eggs on the other side. Use a spatula to scramble the eggs until they are set and done. Mix the egg with the vegetables.

Step 5

Add your rice and chicken to the vegetable and egg mixture. Pour in your soy sauce (or oyster sauce) alongside pepper, salt, and other seasonings for taste. Toss everything together and serve it warm/hot.

Your delicious chicken fried rice is ready; enjoy it with family and friends alongside any drink of your choice.
