Vegan Buddha Bowl with Tahini Dressing

Ingredients

Quinoa, roasted chickpeas, sweet potato, kale, tahini, lemon, maple syrup.

Method

Cook quinoa. Roast sweet potatoes and chickpeas. Assemble bowl with kale. Drizzle with tahini-lemon dressing.
